Privacy Policy

Atlas CFO / Atlas ("we," "our," or "us") is operated by MuseMinded LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use Atlas at app.atlascfo.ai or related Atlas services.

1. What Data We Collect

Atlas CFO connects to third-party platforms on your behalf to build financial dashboards. We collect only the data necessary for reporting:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads: Campaign names, ad spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS, and other performance metrics. We request read-only access — we cannot create, modify, or delete your ads.
• Shopify: Order totals, product names, SKUs, inventory levels, and store analytics. We do not access customer names, emails, addresses, or payment information.
• Google Ads & Bing Ads: Campaign performance metrics (spend, clicks, impressions, conversions).
• Klaviyo: Campaign and flow performance metrics.
• Amazon Seller Central / Selling Partner API: Seller account identifiers, marketplace identifiers, order, settlement, payout, fees, returns, inventory, product/SKU, and related operational and financial reporting data needed to produce sales, margin, inventory, cash-flow, and reconciliation views. We request only the permissions needed for reporting and analysis and do not use Amazon data to place orders, modify listings, change inventory settings, or manage your seller account.
• Amazon Ads: Advertising profile identifiers, campaign names, ad groups, targets/keywords, spend, impressions, clicks, attributed sales/conversions, ROAS/ACOS, budgets, and other advertising performance metrics. Atlas uses this data for reporting and analysis only; we do not create, modify, pause, or delete campaigns unless you separately authorize an explicit managed-service action outside this product flow.
• Account Information: Your email address (for authentication and routing you to your dashboard).

We do not collect: Payment card numbers, account passwords, or data beyond what is needed to provide Atlas reporting, analytics, and connected financial visibility. Where source platforms provide customer/order fields, Atlas limits use to aggregated business reporting and does not sell or use customer information for unrelated marketing.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

• Generate CFO-level financial dashboards and reports
• Calculate key performance metrics (ROAS, ACOS, contribution margin, inventory coverage, cash flow projections)
• Provide proactive alerts on performance changes, data gaps, and business-pressure signals
• Reconcile and explain connected financial events across sales, ads, inventory, payouts, and cash movement
• Improve the accuracy and functionality of your dashboard

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

• Data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS), encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Access is restricted through Row Level Security (RLS) policies — each client's data is isolated.
• API tokens and credentials are stored server-side only and are never exposed to browsers.
• Access to your data is limited to you and your designated CFO advisor.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third parties.

Your data is only accessible to:

• You (the business owner)
• Your designated CFO advisor at MuseMinded
• Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare) solely for hosting purposes, under their own privacy policies

5. Data Retention & Deletion

• We retain your data for as long as your account is active.
• You may request deletion of all your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
• Upon account termination, all stored data and API tokens are deleted within 30 days.
• If you disconnect a platform integration, we stop syncing and delete the associated tokens immediately. Historical data is retained unless you request its deletion.

6. Third-Party Platform Permissions

When you connect a platform, you grant us specific read-only permissions through that platform's OAuth system. You can revoke access at any time:

• Meta: Remove Atlas CFO from your Business Integrations
• Shopify: Uninstall the app from your Shopify admin
• Google/Bing: Revoke access from your account settings
• Amazon Seller Central: Revoke Atlas access from Seller Central app authorization / third-party app settings
• Amazon Ads: Revoke Atlas access from your Amazon account's apps and services permissions

7. Cookies

Atlas CFO uses minimal cookies for authentication and session management only. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Revoke platform access at any time
• Export your data in a standard format

These rights apply regardless of your location, including under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar regulations.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of Atlas CFO after changes constitutes acceptance.
